1. Digital products: instant delivery

• As soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within seconds), your purchase is available in your Whop account (sign in at whop.com with the email used at checkout).
• Whop also emails you a receipt with access to your purchase.
• Access to one-time purchases does not expire. Subscriptions give access while they are active.
• Delivery is available worldwide, with no extra cost.

2. Services

• Our WordPress services are ordered on growtoria.com: see the delivery policy published there.

3. Can’t find your purchase?

1. Check your spam or promotions folder for the email from Whop.
2. Sign in at whop.com with the email address you used at checkout.
3. Still nothing? Email contact@growtoria.com with your Whop receipt: we sort it out, usually within a few hours on business days.
