Terms & Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase of a Growtoria product made through Whop: on growtoria.whop.site and on our Whop store (whop.com/growtoria). Please read them before you order. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights that the law of your country gives you.

Whop, Inc. (USA) runs the checkout and provides the payment services and your customer account. Growtoria is the seller of the products and is responsible for them.
2. Scope of these Terms
- These Terms apply to consumers and to business customers. Some sections only apply to consumers and say so.
- The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you order.
- Whop’s own Terms of Service govern your Whop account and the payment services provided by Whop.
- Contracts are concluded in English. A French translation of these Terms is available on request by email.
- We keep an electronic record of these Terms for 10 years. You can ask us for a copy at any time.
3. Products, services and technical requirements
Each product page describes what you get, the file format and what you need to use it. In general:
- Spreadsheets and calculators: Google Sheets (free Google account, recent browser) and/or Microsoft Excel 2016 or later / Microsoft 365. Some advanced features may only work in one of them; the product page says so.
- Browser apps: a single file that opens in a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on computer or mobile. They work offline and store your data on your own device.
- Notion templates: a Notion account (the free plan is enough unless stated otherwise).
- Ebooks and guides: a PDF reader. Prompt packs: any AI chat tool you choose (not included).
- Our files have no technical protection measures (no DRM).
Product images and examples are illustrations; the figures you see in examples are sample data.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the product page and at checkout. Whop may also show an approximate amount in your local currency; your bank or card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee.
- VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Where a sales tax applies to your purchase (for example in some US states), it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- You pay at checkout with the payment methods offered by Whop for your country (for example card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Payments are processed by Whop and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.
- Discount codes apply only under the conditions stated with them and cannot be combined unless stated.
5. How ordering works
- Choose a product and click its buy button: the Whop checkout opens.
- Enter your email address and your payment details. You can check the product, the price and any tax before you pay.
- Click the payment button: this order involves an obligation to pay.
- You see a confirmation and Whop emails you a receipt. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery and access
- Your purchase is available immediately after payment in your Whop account (sign in at whop.com with the email used at checkout), where you download the files or open the product. Whop’s confirmation email also gives you access.
- Access to one-time purchases does not expire. Subscriptions give access while they are active (section 7).
- If you cannot access your purchase, write to contact@growtoria.com and we will fix it quickly.
7. Subscriptions
- Some products (for example the Growtoria All-Access Pass) are subscriptions, billed in advance for the period shown before you subscribe (for example monthly) and renewed automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your Whop account, or by writing to contact@growtoria.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then.
- A period that has started is not refunded, except where the law requires it (sections 8 and 9).
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days of the contract, without giving a reason. The full information and the model form are on our Right of Withdrawal page.
8.1 Digital products
For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once the content is made available to you if, before delivery, you expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal (article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code; regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Otherwise, you keep it for the full 14 days.
8.2 How to withdraw
- Online, with our withdrawal page: Withdraw from contract here. It prepares an email to us; we confirm receipt by email;
- or by email to contact@growtoria.com (you may use the model form, but you do not have to).
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you.
9. Legal guarantees
Our products and services come with the legal guarantees of your country.
9.1 France and the European Union
Legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services (France / EU)
The consumer has two years from the supply of the digital content or digital service to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During one year from the date of supply, the consumer only needs to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity includes the obligation to supply all updates necessary to keep the digital content or digital service in conformity.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the digital content or digital service brought into conformity without undue delay following the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.
The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the digital content or digital service, or may end the contract and obtain a full refund in exchange for giving up the digital content or digital service, if:
1° the trader refuses to bring the digital content or digital service into conformity;
2° bringing it into conformity is unjustifiably delayed;
3° it cannot be brought into conformity without costs imposed on the consumer;
4° bringing it into conformity causes major inconvenience to the consumer;
5° the lack of conformity persists despite the trader’s unsuccessful attempt to bring it into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to end the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. The consumer is then not required to request conformity first.
Where the lack of conformity is minor, the consumer is entitled to cancel the contract only if the contract does not provide for payment of a price.
Any period during which the digital content or digital service is unavailable while it is being brought into conformity suspends the remaining guarantee period until the conforming digital content or digital service is supplied again.
These rights result from articles L. 224-25-1 to L. 224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code.
A trader who in bad faith obstructs the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity faces a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (article L. 242-18-1 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the digital content or digital service is kept, or to a full refund in exchange for giving it up.
9.2 United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you legal rights: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
9.3 Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
9.4 Other countries
If you are a consumer in the United States, Canada or anywhere else, you keep every right that the law of your place of residence gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
10. Refunds
Our products are digital and available immediately after purchase, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. This never affects your legal rights: if a product is faulty, does not work as described or cannot be accessed, we fix it, replace it or refund you (section 9), and your statutory right of withdrawal applies where the law provides it (section 8). Full details: Refund Policy.
11. Licence to use our products
- When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or within your own business or organisation.
- You may edit and customise the files for your own use, and use the documents you create with them (invoices, quotes, plans, reports) freely, including commercially.
- You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or redistribute the product files (edited or not), or use them to build a competing product.
- Growtoria keeps all intellectual property rights in the products.
12. WordPress services
Our fixed-price WordPress & WooCommerce services are ordered and paid on growtoria.com, under the Terms of Sale published there. These Terms do not apply to them.
13. No professional advice
Our calculators, spreadsheets, templates and guides are practical tools. Their results depend on the information you enter and are estimates. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. For decisions with legal or financial consequences, check your situation with a qualified professional. This does not reduce our obligation to deliver products that work as described.
14. Liability
- We are responsible for the foreseeable loss you suffer because we did not meet these Terms or our legal obligations.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data that you could have avoided by keeping your own backups, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
- These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including your rights under the French Consumer Code, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Australian Consumer Law).
- Customers in the United States: to the extent permitted by the law of your state, the products are provided “as is”. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Reviews
You are free to publish an honest review of any product or service, positive or negative. We never pay for reviews, never reward positive reviews and never publish fake reviews.
16. Personal data
We process your personal data to handle your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
17. Complaints and disputes
- If something goes wrong, contact us first at contact@growtoria.com: most problems are solved within a few days.
- The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it.
- If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence where the law allows it.
18. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, “Rome I”). For business customers, the courts of Bordeaux (France) have jurisdiction. There is no compulsory arbitration.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes only apply to orders placed after the new version is published; your order stays governed by the version you accepted.
